Awards and Certificates

A range of printable resources that parents can use to encourage and reward positive behaviour in the home.

Awards and certificates provide a tangible acknowledgement of positive behaviour. A printed award is so much more powerful than a few words of praise. An award or certificate will provide a lasting reminder of that praise and a clearer understanding of the positive behaviour that deserved the recognition. Some of the awards below have space for photographs. Use these to capture the good behaviour and provide a model of what they need to continue to strive to achieve. Try to give awards and certificates regularly to boost your child's confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
